Today At The Y
Wednesday is a great day at the Y. Morning classes include Cycling, Kettlebell Plus, Total Body Challenge, Pilates, Advance Step Aerobics, Talk n Tone and Water Exercise; at noon Ab & Back Attack; and later today Boot Camp, Pilates with Props, Cycling, Boxing/Pilates Fused and Tae Kwon Do. Winter 2 programs are now in session. It's not too late to register as many classes have openings. Tonight's Gym B activity is Adult Soccer. See you at the Y!
