The Y encourages all local employers to consider a monthly/annual investment in their employees Y membership as a vehicle toward improving employee health and well-being. The Y agrees to offer the Employee Wellness Membership to all business partners, large and small and honor the elements of the YMCA Employee Membership, outlined below, for all employees of the business partner.
Wisconsin YMCA Worksite Wellness Partnership Benefits:
- Using local Y membership pricing, the Y will provide a 50% match to any employer membership subsidy up to a maximum match of $10 per month from the Y. The minimum contributed subsidy from an employer must not be less than $5.00. The Y's 50% match at this level would be $2.50.
- The Y will provide participating employees a complimentary 1 week trial membership to the Y.
