YOUTH FITNESS CENTER ORIENTATION
This program helps teens and tweens learn how to use specific cardio equipment and understand the fundamentals of developing cardiovascular strength for personal fitness. A YMCA fitness staff member will provide the knowledge and skills to the participant to exercise on their own in the Fitness Center. this program is free and highly recommented for Y-Member Youth, ages 12-17, to use the Fitness Center without a parent or guardian present. TEEN STRENGTH TRAINING
This program helps teens learn, understand and practice the fundamentals of developing muscular strength for personal fitness. A YMCA fitness staff member will provide the knowledge and skills to the participant to exercise on their own in the Free-Weight Strength Training Center. This program is free and highly recommended for Y-Members, ages 15-17 to use the Strength Training Center without a parent or guardian. Please schedule an appointment at Member Services.
