Healthways is a leading national provider of integrated preventive health services that empowers individuals to make positive lifestyle changes to improve their health. Healthways’ programs include Silver Sneakers, the nations leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Silver Sneakers is typically offered to Medicare-eligible members 65 or older, and members receive a basic membership at no cost. Currently, the Marshfield Area YMCA accepts Humana Gold Choice members.
