Kickboxing Small Group Training

This NEW 30-minute small group training class is open to people of all fitness levels (ages 12+) who want to increase muscle tone, burn fat, increase cardio endurance, boost mood, and release stress.
This high intensity workout hits every aspect of total body conditioning with controlled kicks, punches, speed drills, and combos. Wave masters, hand paddles, mannequins, bosu, and kettlebells are used for a challenging and fun workout experience. There is no one-on-one contact. All participants must wear their own boxing gloves for safety and bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
