Get motivated and inspired by participating in a group exercise class. You can try a different class every day and never get bored.

Drop-in Every Saturday is "Super Saturday Workout," an intense and fun cardio/conditioning workout. This class is free to YMCA members.

Descriptions of classes currently being offered:
20/20/20: This class is a total workout including cardio, strength, ab work, and flexibility. Class content will include a variety of exercises and equipment.
Ab & Back: Basic toning using a variety of equipment and some pilates exercises will be incorporated to focus on strengthening the abs, back, hips, and bottom.
Advanced Step Aerobics: Master the simple techniques to put together a challenging and fun workout to take you outside the box of regular step aerobics. Get ready for fun, creative workouts that make the hour fly by.
Beginning Yoga: Learn the basics of yoga including breath, held postures, and flow. This class is great for balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility.
Body Sculpting: This class will contain total body strength training using dynamic movement, a variety of equipment, along with some yoga and pilates.
Boot Camp: Get a total body workout including cardiovascular, upper/lower body toning and core training in this intense class designed to challenge participants by going outside the box of traditional aerobics.
Boxing/Pilates Fused: This unique class will offer calorie burning cardio with boxing choregraphy all while fusing in core strengthening exercises based on Pilates.
Cardio Conditioning: This class fuses a variety of formats including floor aerobics, step, kickboxing, and toning into a great workout perfect for those new to group exercise.
Cycling: Indoor cycling is for all ages and abilities. Trained instructors will lead you through a fun workout based on road cycling and other popular training principles.
Cycling Express is a 40-minute class.
Hi/Lo: Enjoy a high intensity, low impact workout. Easy on the knees and joints, but packed full of energy, cardiovascular benefits, and fun! 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of toning.
Morning Mix-Up: Mondays will consist of step and upper body toning; Wednesdays will be floor aerobics/kickboxing and lower body training, and Fridays will be instructor’s choice. Enjoy a variety of choreography, equipment, and exercises.
Pilates Fusion: A 30-minute class using a flowing sequence of Pilates and various exercises that will maximize your core workout.
Pilates Pilates: A 45-minute class using a flowing sequence of Pilates and various exercises that will maximize your core workout.
Talk N’ Tone: Talk n' Tone combines lively conversation with weight training to shape, tone, and strengthen your muscular system. You’ll meet new friends and get your old body back.
Total Body Challenge: Give yourself a total workout including strength training and flexibility. Have fun using a variety of exercises and equipment to burn calories and shape your body. Improve your health while you challenge yourself in this class designed for all ages and fitness levels.
Yoga: This mixed level yoga class is for individuals who are able to handle fundamental poses with strength and confidence. Class format will include a warm-up, a work session, and deep stretching with relaxation. The work session will be 20-30 minutes of class and will integrate held poses, flow, and balance in order to maximize both strength and flexibility. Finish with relaxation, centering the mind, body, and spirit.
Zumba: A high-energy class based on fitness/interval training skills. Zumba uses easy to follow dance steps and resistance training to burn fat and to tone the entire body. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Flexibility Formula: Add flexibility and strength to your workout with this new class that will use a large variety of exercises, elements of yoga and Pilates, and traditional stretches to lengthen and tone the body. An easy going class with hard core benefits.
Yoga Complete: This 75-minute class will allow plenty of time for a complete yoga practice including flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation. Form and alignment will be emphasized along with modifications and props to ensure all members find their perfect fit for each pose.
Yoga (at Marshfield Clinic): This mixed level yoga class is for Marshfield Clinic employees only. Class is held in the lower level of the East Wing.
Gentle Yoga (at Marshfield Clinic): This class for clinic employees will emphasize beginning yoga postures and will include a gentle work session incorporating breathing techniques, strength/balance and flexibility. Also appropriate for pre/postnatal students. Class is held in the lower level of the East Wing.
