| The Junior 1 group is for new and returning swimmers 5-10 years old. Focus is on learning strokes and having fun. Swimmers must be able to swim 1 length of the pool to join. | ||||

The Adult Swim League is for adults ages 19 and older who can swim 1 length of the pool and wish to improve their stroke technique and stamina. This program is ideal for triathletes and everyday lap swimmers. | ||||
