Healthy Hearts

Healthy Hearts Membership is offered at a special rate of $25 per month to those who have successfully completed Phases 1 and 2 of Cardiac Rehab. Healthy Hearts YMCA members have unlimited access to the YMCA facilities including use of pools and whirlpool, a personalized 12-week Personal Fitness Program, and discounts on YMCA classes. There is a variety of equipment available including: recumbent and upright bikes, rowing machine, elliptical cross-trainers, Air Dyne bikes, treadmills, Stairmasters, Life Fitness and Cybex strength training equipment, an upper-body ergometer, NuStep and many free weights. This program is offered with a wellness coach.
