Membership Payment Plans
The following payment plans have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Marshfield Clinic Health System YMCA, Inc..
• Payments through automatic monthly bank draft from checking, savings, or credit card account. Contact the Y regarding required documentation needed prior to contract completion.
• Cancellation requires notice by the 13th day of the month provided the member has not utilized the Y that month in order for it to be effective that month. Otherwise, it will be effective the following month. Cancellations are accepted by phone or email.
• An initial down payment (1st month), new member fee, a bank authorization, voided check and a bank draft plan contract needs to be completed at the YMCA.
This option is open to employees of participating companies. This option is continuous until a 30 day cancellation request is made to the YMCA. Check with Member Services for participating companies.
